Suggestion: Exclude Passive Mobs from Entity Clear

• Current Issue: Entity clear is removing passive mobs from farms.
• Proposed Change: Modify entity clear to exclude passive mobs like farm animals.
• This would prevent disruption to farms while still clearing excess entities like dropped items or hostile mobs.

Changed a little in the configs and it should not clear any farm animals now. However i have added a plugin to limit how many animals that can be in in a chunk. Hopefully this will be better for you.
