Suggestion: Add Partial Sleep Plugin

• Current Requirement: All players must be online to skip the night.
• Proposed Change: Add a plugin where only a percentage (e.g., 50%) of players need to sleep to skip the night.
• This would reduce waiting time and improve gameplay flow
